what happen was the notification keep popping even the msg was sent by waapy user or the system auto reply.
if think for now, if the msg is send by waapy user or system auto reply we no need to pop up the notification.

Item author@Wazeer one this to add on, normal user also will receive the notification even the message was not suppose to send them. i think we need to restriction for this too.
- the notification will only receive by user that will see it in its queue.
- if the message already assigned to the x user, then only the x user can receive the notification.
[bug] notification keep on popping even if is user or system sending the message from waapy dashboard
