  1. The current method for counting "tickets today" besed on phone numbers, it should be based on closed tickets, regardless of whether the phone numbers are different.

  2. Can add a new feature to count 'users today', if needed.

  3. Add more date range filter in both counts "today", "This week". "This Month"
