sales assist agent

can be something similar to https://roadmap.bravonet.io/items/162-reply-with-ai-assist but we need to have something that can resolve most users issues,

using AI to identify if this message is belongs to sales, support, general, etc category.
using AI to rank this sales conversation is hot, warm or cold leads.
able to scrap the enquiry person's details (if the number appears before in anywhere, fb, website etc, the company name, what industry etc)
having an AI agent to suggest what to reply in order to reach the objective.
to auto follow up if the person didn't response to sales enquiry message automatically and using AI to response to the follow up messages.
