can be something similar to https://roadmap.bravonet.io/items/162-reply-with-ai-assist but we need to have something that can resolve most users issues,
- using AI to identify if this message is belongs to sales, support, general, etc category.
- using AI to rank this sales conversation is hot, warm or cold leads.
- able to scrap the enquiry person's details (if the number appears before in anywhere, fb, website etc, the company name, what industry etc)
- having an AI agent to suggest what to reply in order to reach the objective.
- to auto follow up if the person didn't response to sales enquiry message automatically and using AI to response to the follow up messages.
