the objective is to ease the person to inform the users to tell them that the client did something and request them to take action or take note.
options:
- we can either have the note and tag the users and provide the screenshot of the msg (but if the users can't se the ticket, due to not assign to him/her then how?)
- we can also tag the users specifically from the mesasge it self, and the user received notification and take action on it. (but if the users can't se the ticket, due to not assign to him/her then how?)
- or we can add multiple user in the ticket
assign multiple users to 1 ticket
