there is user complaint that they missed out certain important msg, due to too many message in working on. it will be good if we can include an indicator that the ticket has not been replied. means customers sent the message in but users havent replied yet even they have read it.

at the same time, if the users can sort or filter those not replied msg. like our whatsapp app.
