currently the ticket filter is able to filter the messages, but when the user to go other pages and come back again the filter will reset it self.
we need a session to allow the users maintain its selection after selected the filter. so that they they go back to the ticket page they no need to select the filter again.
but there are few things to consider,
- we will need a indicator the filter is currently active
remain the ticket filter option after user selected
