waapy eventually will add on extra messaging channel in the system, in this case we've to manage the contact more carefully.
each of the contact that added in or imported in has need to select it's from which messaging channel.
but are they able to cross channel to send msg? (this TBC)
the other issue is that if the number is under wa cloud api, and we need to check if the 24h session still available or not and the company will be able to initiate message without select template. (this TBC)
