display storage usage

we've users that enable group chat causing the storage increase is very abnormal way.

each of the package has the storage limitation.

in the dashboard header, we should display the storage usage (optional).
we need to have a file management module to allow the admin user to see the files, see each file size, download or batch download , delete and batch delete. the user can sort it by last added so that they know which files is the earliest and able to remove it.
in case if the user has exceed the storage limit, all the msg come in with attachments (image, file, etc) all will not be downloaded. it will see the file name only. user also cannot send any file as well.
the user can download all or selected files and delete it.
those files that been deleted, in the chat it can see the file name, but it not able to see the file and download it.
