for now if the connection has farewell message, it will auto send a farewell msg when ticket close. if don't want to send the farewell message automatically during ticket close, the admin have to remove the farewell msg in the connection.
we need to have a button to allow the users to enable or disable this farewell msg in their chatbox. so they have the option whether they want to close case with auto reply or not.
Close ticket without farewell message option.
