due to security concern. client request for a function to enable or disable the message with attachment will be able to download or not.

this feature we call it as attachment protection. if enable, means that all the attachment in the message will not be able to download, they only able to see the file name.

but for image, audio, voice message the still able to see, even the attachmetn protection is on.
