currently our welcome msg will kept just sent when if the chat in queue. so when the sender send 1 msg, it will auto reply the welcome msg.

this feature allow admin to set the max time for the welcome msg to auto send. if is set to 1, then the welcome msg will only send 1 time, no matter how many msg come in. but the chat still remain in queue.

if is 2 then max 2 times. if 0 or Null then it will keep on sending until the sender pick a number (department/queue) or in working on then it will only stop
