if the message list is too much, when loading in that tab (working on, queue or resolve) it will take very long time. some times it will crash the browser also.

the reason is because the system currently load all the messages upon entering the page.

to resolve this, we need bottomless pagination, and load 99 - 100 messages initially and load the rest upon scroll to the bottom.
